Хайфлай из РР (ПП)
The hejfly PP-boards are produced using two different types of polypropylene. On the hull is a high-strength, impact-resistant polypropylene - a material that displays approximately 50% higher stiffness properties compared to the PE (polyethylene) used in board construction in the past. This significant refinement means that with normal daily use, our new hejfly PP-boards no longer suff er from surface denting.
The polypropylene on the deck is thermally fused with the new “Wet-Grip” material using a co- extrusion process. This extremely durable and abrasion resistant material is also is based in PP so has the same qualities and bonds perfectly with the hull material. This is an innovation of hejfly which sets the standards in longevity and durability. The boards are then filled with expanding polyurethane foam, and finished with an anodised aluminium mast-track insert and a Powerbox fininsert made of GFK.
